Equipment

  • Vitamix Blender (recommended)

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup 100% coconut water
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 2 heads romaine lettuce
  • 1 whole apple - quartered seeds and all
  • 1 whole pear - quartered seeds and all
  • 1 banana
  • 1 lemon - peeled

Optional Ingredients

  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 tbsp almond butter not optional for me (I use it every time)

Instructions
 

  • Put ingredients into blender in this order for best results.
    If you plan on making this often, I would recommend upgrading your blender to a Vitamix - otherwise you will be chewing small bits of greens.
