Berry Infused Vodka

This homemade berry infused vodka could not be any easier to make. Just prep, wait, and enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 24 oz raspberries
  • 12 oz blueberries
  • 12 oz blackberries
  • 2 lbs strawberries
  • 1.75 liter Tito's Vodka

Instructions
 

  • Cut strawberries into halves or quarters depending on size
  • Pour cut strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries into large jug
    (preferably one with a pour spout)
  • Pour 1.75 bottle of vodka of your choice over the berries (I prefer Tito's)
    *Don't forget to save the bottle for later
  • Let vodka soak in the berries for 5 days
  • Strain the vodka out of the berries and back into the original vodka bottle or into any bottle of your choosing
    *Do NOT eat the berries (trust me, it's disgusting)
  • Enjoy as a martini or try it out in one of the cocktail recipes below

Notes

Berry Vojito
  • fresh mint
  • fresh lime juice
  • stevia or liquid stevia
  • homemade berry infused vodka
 
Muddle 10 mint leaves with a splash of lime juice in a cocktail shaker.
Add 2.5 ounces of homemade berry infused vodka, 2.5 ounces of fresh lime juice, and either 1 tsp of stevia OR 5 drops of liquid stevia.
Add ice and shake.
Pour in a glass of ice and garnish with 1 slice of lime (cut in half and twisted) and a sprig of mint.
 
Berry Vodka Lemonade 
  • homemade berry infused vodka
  • fresh squeezed lemonade
  • lemon and berries for garnish
 
Pour 2.5 ounces of homemade berry infused vodka over ice in a small glass.
Fill remainder of glass with lemonade.
Stir and garnish with a slice of lemon and berries.
