Ingredients

  • 3 whole pineapples sliced or cubed
  • 1.75 liter vodka of your choice I prefer Tito's

Instructions

  • Cut all three pineapples into slices or chunks and place in large jug
(one with a spout if possible)
  • Pour the vodka of your choice over the pineapple chunks (I use Tito's)
*Don't forget to save the bottle for later
  • Let vodka soak in the pineapple for 14 days
  • Strain the vodka out of the pineapple and back into the original vodka bottle or into any bottle of your choosing.
*Do NOT eat the pineapple pieces (trust me, it's disgusting)
  • Let pineapple sit in a collander to strain out remaining vodka
*Don't skip this step, you can get quite a bit of extra vodka out
  • Enjoy as a martini or try it out in one of the cocktail recipes below
